MEET THE TEAM...
Director & Myotherapist
Hi All, I'm Tara, the founder of Bloom Massage & Myotherapy and have been practising since 2017.

I moved to Australia in 2011 and worked in office settings for many years. Like most people I took my posture and health for granted. As the aches & pains started to creep in so did my interest in Musculoskeletal health. It amazed me how everything we do in our day to day lives affects our bodies and led to my career as a Myotherapist.

I love to help a wide range of clients including athletes, office workers and manual tradesmen to overcome function, pain & range of motion issues so they can live their life to the fullest ! I have a passion for posture & postural related conditions which unfortunately are very common in lifestyles today.
Whether it’s a new pain or a niggle that you’ve noticed for years, general well-being or injury prevention - I’m here to help.

Teaching people about their body so they can begin to understand what is going on & use this knowledge to help themselves is so important. We can work together to get results on the treatment table & where needed give self-help solutions to use in your everyday lives.

Not sure if I’m the right fit for you? Feel free to send me an email so we can chat about your treatment options.
